Built for visitors with limited mobility, this short barrier-free path at Lost Lake joins the parking area near the public boat launch to Old Growth Trail #657. It is a little more demanding than the other barrier-free trails nearby, which is worth knowing when you pick a route.
From Hood River, drive about 14 miles south on Highway 35 to Woodworth Road, continue to Dee Highway and the Dee Mill site, then follow Forest Road 13 roughly 13 miles to Lost Lake Campground and park in the day use area. Look for the start near where Lost Lake Campground Road meets Lost Lake Viewpoint Road.
