Lookout Mountain Trail #450 is a 3.9-mile primitive singletrack in the northern part of the Barlow Ranger District, well liked by mountain bikers and rated more difficult, with some steep pitches. It runs from the Bottle Prairie Trailhead, off Forest Road 44 (Dufur Mill Road), to Forest Road 4420.

The first 2.3 miles trace Eightmile Creek to Eightmile Meadow, where Fifteenmile Trail #456 comes in. Beyond the meadow the route runs south of the creek, crossing Forest Road 4420-161 twice. Several small meadows dot the way. Volunteers with the 44 Trails Association help with upkeep.
