Still Creek Trailhead is at Camp Creek Campground, in the Zigzag Ranger District, along US Highway 26 east of the community of Rhododendron. A pleasant forest trail sets out from here.

Most of the trail stays below a 10 percent grade, though there are a couple of steeper pitches, around 16 to 18 percent, near the beginning and the end. To get there from Sandy, drive east on Highway 26 past Rhododendron to the campground. There is no drinking water at the trailhead, so fill bottles before you go.
