A second way into the Rock Creek OHV Area, Post Point OHV Staging is in the Barlow Ranger District. It is reached from Forest Road 48 by way of Boulder Ridge Road, the 240 spur. If you need more room, Gate Creek OHV Staging is the primary entry and has a much bigger lot.
Here, the gravel lot fits 16 trailer rigs or 24 vehicles without trailers. Vault toilet facilities are on site, but there is no drinking water, so bring plenty for riders and anyone else along for the day.
