Moore Creek Boat Access is a day-use river stop on the Wild and Scenic stretch of the Upper Clackamas River, in the Clackamas River Ranger District. Boaters come here to get onto the upper river’s whitewater, and anglers use it as a fishing spot. Portland General Electric runs this and two other Clackamas River access sites together with the Forest Service.

From Estacada, it’s roughly 11 miles east along OR Hwy 224, with the site on the right-hand side at milepost 35.3. There is no drinking water, and no restroom details are listed, so come prepared. Wildfire has burned parts of this corridor, so keep an eye out for falling branches, slides and snags in the water.
