Frog Lake Day Use is the day-use area inside Frog Lake Campground, in the Hood River Ranger District. From Government Camp, drive east on US Highway 26 about 6.8 miles, turn onto Forest Road 2610, and go roughly half a mile to the entrance.
The lake’s calm water suits an unhurried canoe outing, and it’s a good place to cast a line or spread out a picnic. Parking is generous, with room for about 50 vehicles plus spaces for trailers.
