Roughly 16.5 miles west of Dufur on Dufur Mill Road (Forest Road 44), Billy Bob Sno-Park sits at about 3,500 feet in the Barlow Ranger District. In winter, plan on driving in from the Dufur side.

The area works as a shared-use corridor. Snowmobilers ride trails that a local snowmobile club grooms on a regular basis, while skiers head out on ungroomed routes. Once the snow is gone, it serves as a staging spot for mountain biking and road riding. The lot holds about 40 vehicles and has space for trailers, and there is a vault toilet but no drinking water.
