Riley Horse Campground is a camp for horse riders, with a day-use area on the Zigzag Ranger District northwest of Mt. Hood. Its 14 sites line Lost Creek, close to the Sandy River, a designated Wild and Scenic river. Volunteers from Oregon Equestrian Trails built the camp together with the national forest.

Corrals are set among the trees beside the campsites, and several riding trails start from camp. The sites are meant for riders, though other visitors may use them. Stream fishing is another option. There are vault toilets but no drinking water. From Highway 26, take Lolo Pass Road north, then follow Road 1825 across the Sandy River.
