Little Badger is a very primitive campground on Little Badger Creek, right at the edge of the Badger Creek Wilderness in the Barlow Ranger District. At roughly 4,000 feet, it sits in mixed conifer forest and appeals to campers after solitude and a way into the wilderness. Horses and pack animals can come along.

The creek offers fishing, and there’s space to picnic. Facilities are limited to vault toilets, with no drinking water. The final approach is a spur road off Forest Road 2710, about a third of a mile long. Most routes reach 2710 by way of Forest Road 48 or, from Dufur, Forest Road 27.
