Keeps Mill is a small campground beside the White River in the Barlow Ranger District, and it suits people who want to get away from the crowds. The catch is the road in. Forest Road 2120 is very rough, and a high-clearance vehicle is the right tool for it.

To find it, drive west from Pine Grove on Highway 216, crossing the forest boundary and a short stretch of Warm Springs tribal land, then turn north on Forest Road 2120. Once you arrive, you can fish the river and picnic by the water. Vault toilets are provided; drinking water is not.
