Indian Henry Campground lies beside the Clackamas River, a designated Wild and Scenic river, and is managed by the Clackamas River Ranger District. It is off Oregon Highway 224, a short distance up Forest Road 4620 from the highway near milepost 45.

Across the road from the campground there is a paved trailhead parking lot. The campground was heavily burned in the Riverside Fire, so check the official details above before planning a trip. No drinking water is available on site, so carry in all you need.
