Frog Lake Campground sits at the north end of Frog Lake in the Hood River Ranger District, with a day-use area alongside. Head east on US 26 about 4.4 miles past the junction with Highway 35, then follow Forest Road 2610 in. The setting is somewhat rustic.

The lake is calm, which suits a relaxed canoe trip, and anglers come to fish it. Picnicking is another easy option. The campground is wheelchair accessible and has vault toilets and drinking water. Alaska Recreational Management, a concessionaire, runs the site.
